Changes to Rules on Servicing Private Individuals

Dear customers! We would like to inform you of changes to the Rules of Comprehensive Banking Services for Private Individuals.

From 01.04.2026, changes to the Rules come into effect, in particular:

  • Information on the new Request to Pay service was added. The service enables users to create and receive requests for money transfers in CA+ mobile app. The request is generated using only recipient’s phone number, without entering a card number. Receiving the request does not entail any obligation to proceed with the payment: you can reject it and block the sender.
  • Information on the new IBAN payment setting was added: UETR code required to use payment transaction tracking service (TrackSEP). The service enables users to track payment status via NBU’s System of Electronic Payments (SEP) – from initiation to transfer or rejection. The verification is performed using a unique UETR code, which will be displayed in CA+ mobile app in the transaction details and in the IBAN payment receipt.
