The Bank's employees are guided exclusively by the requirements established by the current legislation for interaction with Clients, including requirements for interaction with Clients and other persons in settling overdue debts (requirements for ethical conduct), the list of which is defined by the Law of Ukraine.

The procedure for notification by borrowers of JSC "CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK" on the representation of their interests in the settlement of overdue debts by an authorized representative

Dear clients! Please note that in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, consumers of financial services have the right to appoint an authorized representative to represent their interests in the settlement of overdue debt, which must be notified to the bank.

CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK JSC (hereinafter - the Bank) informs that you can notify the presence of an authorized representative in one of the following ways:

  • by sending a written notice to the Bank's address: 01024, Kyiv, st. Yevgena Chikalenko, 42/4;
  • by submitting a written notice to any branch of the Bank.

The notification must be made in accordance with the Application Form with the obligation to attach the following documents:

  1. a notarized copy of the power of attorney, which contains the authority of the representative to represent the interests of the borrower in the settlement of overdue debt on the loan;
  2. the original extract from the Unified Register of Powers of Attorney, formed on the date of sending / submitting the notification confirming the validity of the power of attorney;
  3. copies of the passport or other document certifying the identity of the authorized representative;
  4. copies of the document on assignment of the registration number of the taxpayer's account card (RNOKPP, or TIN) to the authorized representative (if available).

Procedure for notification of representation of interests

The procedure for consumer loan sale from JSC "CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK" to a new lender

CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK JSC (hereinafter - the Bank) has the right to sale all or part of its rights under the consumer loan agreement, and agreements to ensure the fulfillment of obligations under consumer loans, at any time to any third party without the consent of the Borrower and to communicate to such actual or potential assignee or other person any information about the Borrower and third parties with whom collateral agreements have been entered into that are necessary or deemed appropriate by the Bank.

In case of sale of the right of claim under the consumer loan agreement, the Bank shall notify the Borrower of such fact within 10 working days in one of the following ways: by sending letter, text, voice and other messages by telecommunication, including without involving the Bank's employee, by using software or technology, according to the details specified in the consumer loan agreement, or according to other details received by the Bank in the process of execution of the said agreement.

The notice about sale of the right of claim under the consumer credit agreement shall contain information on:

  1. the fact of assignment of the right of claim under the consumer credit agreement;
  2. transfer of personal data of the consumer (Borrower);
  3. new creditor (name, identification code of the legal entity in the USREOU, location, information for communication - telephone number, address, e-mail address);
  4. the amount of debt under the consumer loan agreement, the right to claim which has been assigned.
