The real annual interest rate and total costs of the loan are calculated on the assumption that the customer uses the entire limit once by withdrawing cash from an ATM / cash desk of a Ukrainian bank or for non-cash payments and repays it in the amount of the mandatory monthly payment every month until the end of the card's validity.

How is the grace period for using funds calculated?

The grace period is a period of up to 62 days, during which interest is accrued on the amount of all cash and non-cash card payments at a symbolic rate of 0.01% per annum. The grace period for each month begins on the 1st day of each month*, provided that the debt for the previous period is fully repaid.

How the debt is repaid?

To do this, it is enough to repay the debt by the last day of the month following the one in which you used the credit funds.


*Excluding card-to-card transfers, as the grace period for them begins on the 2nd day of a month.

The bank informs about the following:

  1. Early termination of the loan agreement at the initiative of the customer is possible only by full early repayment of the loan and all payments under the agreement. In this case, in order to make the last payment or complete early repayment, it is necessary to contact an outlet.
  2. The borrower has the right after the termination of the agreement on the provision of banking services, including in connection with the expiration, termination or execution of such an agreement, to contact the bank with a request for information (certificate) regarding the fulfillment by the parties of their obligations established by the agreement, including information (certificate) about the absence of debt and full fulfillment of the borrower's obligations under the agreement, which the bank provides in the form of a paper or electronic document (at the customer's choice) within five business days from the day the bank receives such a request.
  3. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the consumer loan agreement within 14 calendar days in the manner and under the conditions specified by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Lending", including in the case of receipt of funds. The borrower must notify the Bank in writing of the intention to withdraw from the loan agreement and, within 7 calendar days from the date of submission of the written notification, must return the funds received under the loan agreement to the bank and pay interest for the period from the date of receipt of the funds to the day of their return at the rate established by the loan agreement. Take other actions provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Lending" or the agreement.
  4. The Bank is prohibited from requiring the customer to purchase any goods or services provided by the Bank or a relative or related person as a prerequisite for the provision of these services (except for the provision of a banking services package).
  5. The Bank is prohibited from increasing the fixed interest rate under the agreement without the written consent of the customer.
  6. The Bank shall not have the right to amend the agreements concluded with customers unilaterally, unless otherwise provided by the agreement or the law.
  7. The customer has the option to refuse to receive advertising materials by means of remote communication channels.

Credit Agricole Bank does not cooperate with any intermediaries when issuing credit cards. Credit card agreements are concluded only directly with the bank's entity. Before setting a credit limit on a credit card, there is no requirement to deposit own funds (down payments, insurance premiums, etc.).
