New partnership program for financing solar power plants by Credit Agricole and Ecotech Ukraine

Credit Agricole, as part of the international socially responsible Group, supports its customers in achieving energy independence and transitioning to sustainable practices. That is why the bank signed an agreement with Ecotech Ukraine, which specializes on the installation of solar power plants and energy storage systems.

This is the fifth solar power plant financing in the bank’s portfolio. The partnership program offers favorable financing terms for small and medium-sized business customer, as well as corporate businesses across all sectors of the economy: for the purchase of solar panels and equipment for solar power plants, and for installation and commissioning work.

The interest rate on loans in hryvnia starts at 3.05% per annum; (depending on the loan term and the amount of the advance payment), when combined with the “5-7-9” state program. The down payment is from 20% of the cost of the equipment or the project to install a solar power plant and a battery energy storage system. The maximum loan term is up to 5 years. Among the program’s advantages: the repayment schedule is tailored to revenue from product sales, with no one-time commission or commission for early loan repayment.
