Transfers by phone number in CA+ app via Visa Alias

Transfers in national currency are possible between Visa and Mastercard cards, issued by any bank in Ukraine that supports Visa Alias service. Follow the link for the list of banks

To receive money by phone number, in your СА+ app go to More tab → Transfers by phone number → Add card to which you wish to receive funds → Pair → Learn about the service and press Activate pairing → Ready.

In order to start making money transfers by phone number of the recipient, click on your card in the СА+ mobile app and choose tab Transfer or go to the section Card-to-card transfer → Credit to → By phone number → Find the respective contact in your phone book or enter it → Specify the transfer amount → Ready.

Even if you attach the card to the phone number and activate the service, you will still choose your preferred convenient way when making a transfer. At any moment, you will be able to deactivate the attachment of your card to phone number. You can do it in CA+ app by going to the tab More → Transfers by phone number → Delete account → Ready.

If in the process of transferring money the recipient does not have Visa Alias service activated, you will be notified of that before the money is sent. Likewise, the sender of funds will be notified that money cannot be transferred to you by the phone number in case if your Visa Alias service is deactivated.

You can only use one card to phone number pairing to receive cash transfers. However, you can change the card attached to your phone number at any moment via СА+ mobile app. For instance, if a card of a different bank is connected to the service, but now you would like to attach Credit Agricole card via СА+ mobile app, the service will be updated automatically and when receiving cash transfer by your phone number, the funds will be credited to your Credit Agricole card.

The funds are instantly credited to the recipient’s account.
