Credit Agricole places special emphasis on the security and protection of customer data. Access to information is available only:

  • after your confirmation;
  • for authorized third-party payment service providers;
  • within the time period for which you have given your consent.

You always control:

  • who is granted access and to what extent;
  • which accounts;
  • for what period.

How Open Banking works:

  1. You choose a third-party service that you trust and wish to grant access to.
  2. At your request, the third-party service redirects you to Credit Agricole.
  3. You verify your identity through the Bank’s online banking service.
  4. You confirm your consent to share account information or to authorize a payment.
  5. The third-party service only gains access to the data you have authorized, and the payment is processed only after you have confirmed it.

Access to the Production Environment

To obtain information about the URLs for the bank’s payment services in the production environment (PROD), please send a request to openbanking@credit-agricole.ua

Before submitting your request, please ensure that your company:

  1. Has completed the authorization process in accordance with the requirements of the National Bank of Ukraine, has been added to the Payment Infrastructure Register, and holds the appropriate role as a payment service provider for account information services (AISP) and/or payment initiation services (PISP)
  2. Has a valid qualified public key certificate (QWAC)
  3. Has successfully passed the bank’s API testing in the sandbox

What is Open Banking?

Open Banking is the ability to securely share account information and initiate payments through authorized third-party services with your consent.

What services are available through Open Banking?

Open Banking includes the following services:

  • AIS (Account Information Service), a service that provides account information, allowing a third-party payment service provider to access your account information, current balance, and transaction history for a period of up to 31 calendar days from the date of the request.
  • PIS (Payment Initiation Service), a service for initiating payment transactions through a third-party payment service provider directly from your account.
Who can access my data?

Only authorized third-party payment service providers (TPPs) that have the appropriate regulatory approval and have obtained your consent.

Can a third-party provider (TPP) access my accounts without my permission?

No. Access to accounts or the ability to initiate payments is granted only after your confirmation.

What specific data can be shared?

Depending on the consent you have provided, a third-party payment service provider may have access to:

  • account information;
  • current account balance information;
  • transaction history for a period of up to 31 calendar days from the date of the request;
  • other information necessary to provide the selected service.
Can a third-party service view all of my accounts?

No. You grant access only to the accounts and data specified in your consent.

Can a third-party service charge my account?

No. With a Payment Initiation Service Provider (PISP), you only initiate a payment transaction, which is executed only after you have confirmed it via Credit Agricole’s online banking service.

Do I need to confirm every payment?

Yes. Payments initiated through third-party payment service providers require your confirmation in accordance with the bank’s rules and security requirements.

How can I give my consent?

When using a third-party service, you will be redirected to Credit Agricole to authenticate and confirm access or a payment.

Can I revoke my consent?

Yes. You can revoke your consent at any time through the available consent management channels.

How long is my consent valid?

The validity period depends on the type of service and legal requirements. Information about the validity period will be available when you give your consent.

Is it safe to use Open Banking?

Yes. To protect your data and payments, we use state-of-the-art authentication, encryption, and access control mechanisms.

Does the bank share my username and password with third-party services?

No. Credit Agricole does not share your login credentials for online banking service with third-party services.

What should I do if I believe there has been unauthorized access?

Immediately contact bank through the contact center or other official communication channels to disable the Open Banking service, this will restrict access to your account. You can also revoke the consent you have provided.

Does the bank charge a fee for using Open Banking?

Access to account information through the Open Banking service is provided free of charge.

If you initiate a payment through a third-party service, Credit Agricole’s standard fees apply to the transaction in accordance with the terms of your account and the current fees for payment transactions.

Who can use Open Banking?

The service is available to Credit Agricole customers who have payment accounts and use remote banking services, and who wish to receive non-financial payment services through open banking via authorized payment service providers.
