Yes, you can open a digital card provided you have any product for a private individual at our bank, not necessarily a payment card. I.e., a loan, credit or debit card, deposit or current account.

How to get money at the ATM with a digital card?

You can withdraw funds:

  • At an ATM equipped with NFC reader by using your smartphone
  • At a cash register of retail and service network
Can I open a digital card for the existing card account?

No. The digital card is issued with opening a new account in your chosen currency.

  1. Consequences for the client if the client uses the banking services or fails to fulfill the obligations stipulated in the agreement on provision of such banking services:
    • The client must pay for the services received in accordance with the existing Tariffs at the time of the transaction.
    • At the first request of the bank, the сlient must provide the bank with any information regarding the banking service, which is related to the agreement and other necessary information that may be required by the bank in accordance with the requirements of the legislation and the Rules.
    • The client is prohibited from using the account to carry out transactions related to the business activities.
    • In the event that the client fails to fulfill the obligations stipulated in the agreement on the provision of banking services, the client shall bear responsibility in accordance with the requirements of the legislation and the terms of the agreement and the Rules.
  2. The bank is prohibited from requiring the client to purchase any goods or services from the bank, associated or related persons as a precondition for the provision of such services (except for the provision of banking packages).
  3. Amendments and additions to the agreement are carried out in the order and within the terms established by the agreement. Amendments and additions to the agreement are made in writing upon the agreement of the parties, unless otherwise provided by the agreement.
  4. The client may refuse to receive any advertising material through the remote communication channels.
