Tracking service

JSC “CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK” has joined the TrackSEP (Tracking SEP) service operated by the National Bank of Ukraine.

TrackSEP is a centralized service that enables real-time tracking of the status of interbank payments processed through the System of Electronic Payments (SEP).

The service provides customers with access to information on a payment’s progress at all stages of processing – from initiation to the crediting of funds to the beneficiary’s account.

As of April 1, 2026, JSC “CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK”, as a participating bank of SEP:

generates a UETR for each payment;
ensures the transmission of payment statuses to TrackSEP;
provides customers with access to the identifier required for tracking payments.

How TrackSEP Works

Each payment processed in SEP is assigned a unique UETR (Unique End-to-End Transaction Reference).

The UETR:

is generated by the bank when the payment is created;
is provided to the customer together with payment details for the executed transaction;
is used to track the payment in TrackSEP.

The identifier does not contain any personal data and ensures secure access to information on the transaction status.

Customer Capabilities

The TrackSEP service allows customers to:

check the current status of a payment;
obtain information on all transaction processing stages;
view the time spent at each processing stage;
independently monitor payments without contacting the bank.

Scope of Application

TrackSEP is used to record and track the statuses and execution stages of incoming and outgoing interbank credit transfers and instant interbank credit transfers in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH).

Payment Tracking

To track the status and execution stages of a payment:

Obtain the UETR via a remote banking system (e.g., mobile application or internet banking) after making or receiving an IBAN payment.
Go to the payment status check page.
Enter the UETR and the payment amount in the relevant fields.
Review the result of the status check.

Please note: information about the status and stages of the payment is available in TrekSEP for 30 days from the moment of its execution. If the transaction was carried out earlier, the system will not provide a response
