without entering into agreement (or under the terms of the concluded agreements) with the recipient of funds or if the terms of the agreement with a legal entity do not provide for payment of bank services by the recipient	1.5%, min 60 UAH max 5000 UAH	- net of VAT - per payment document - the tariff is not applicable when depositing funds for repayment of loans to private individuals
