Credit Agricole Bank obtained the certificate in the area of car loans approving compliance of its quality management system to the requirements of the new international standard ISO 9001:2015

On 7 July 2016, Bureau Veritas, French inspection and certification company, completed recertification audit of Credit Agricole Bank ISO 9001:2008 quality management system in the area of car loans.

The bank team once again successfully underwent all the audit stages and received confirmation that the bank’s quality management system of car loans is compliant with the international standard requirements. Peculiarity of this year’s inspection was that the bank effectively upgraded quality management system from ISO 9001:2008 version to ISO 9001:2015 owing to concerted efforts and good performance of its team.

This year, the bank team has done tremendous job not only to extend the certificate yet again, but also bring the bank’s processes in line with requirements of the new version. It should be mentioned that requirements of the new version of ISO 9001:2015 are focused rather on high-quality and efficient management of business processes that follow up car loans by the bank as well as effective work aimed at satisfying the customers’ needs while obtaining car loans.

Credit Agricole Bank implemented quality management system and was issued ISO 9001 certificate back in 2011. Since then the bank has been constantly improving its management system and extending the certificate every year based on successful results of inspections carried out by the certification commission.
