Changes to the Rules of Comprehensive Banking Services for Individuals

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you that, as of August 1, 2026, changes to the Rules of Comprehensive Banking Services for Individuals will come into effect.

The Rules have been supplemented with Section 2.8, which defines the terms for using the “Open Banking” service and related features:

• Account information access – sharing account data with a third-party payment service provider;
• Payment initiation – executing a transaction on the customer’s behalf via a third-party payment service provider.

Please note that these services are provided only with the customer’s consent:

• for account information access – upon confirming a request to share data;
• for payment initiation – upon approval in the mobile application.

Accordingly, the CA+ app enables customers to:

• receive and review requests from third-party payment service providers;
• manage requests by approving or declining them;
• view the history of granted consents;
• configure the status of the Open Banking service.
