On 21 October, at a rewarding ceremony of the HR Brand Ukraine 2021 Award, the Service Vision Project by Credit Agricole was recognized in the nomination by grc.ua. All in all, more than 60 successful HR projects of 46 Ukrainian companies from different industries – IT, finance, FMCG, agrarian sector, retail, etc. - were nominated. The projects were assessed by the professional jury according to the following criteria: relevance, up-to-date methodology and business efficiency.
“It has been the second year in a row that our projects are recognized by the HR Brand Award Ukraine. We are very pleased. A year ago, we implemented the Service Vision – a project that changes mindsets of our employees, teaches them to be helpful for every client every day. This is a service culture based on three pillars: to be efficient, to treat the client well, and to exceed expectations. 27 employees became “change agents” and implemented a new service culture in the bank. As a result, Credit Agricole holds the second position in the PI segment by the CRI – customer recommendation index – level. This is our team achievement”, Galyna Zhukova, Deputy CEO in charge of retail business and network of Credit Agricole Bank, comments.
As part of the project, change agents together with their supervisors and colleagues developed and implemented 3 main pillars of the Service Vision project and 12 “Never-Always” rules – guidelines for the employees in their relations with customers.
“Service Vision is about changes in corporate mindset of people when the client is in the focus of attention. It is also about the required daily efforts to teach the employees to exceed customers’ expectations at any time. This is a valuable element of our culture development, and we will develop and augment it”, Olena Urusova, HR Director of Credit Agricole Bank, comments.
The final stage of the project will be certification of the branch network of the bank and survey on the internal CRI for all Credit Agricole employees.
“As part of the Service Vision, over the year, the bank’s team ran 2,702 standups and implemented 185 wow stories when we managed to significantly exceed the expectations of our clients. These numbers are impressive and they demonstrate high level of involvement into the project. As a result, we even presented the book “Service Vision of Credit Agricole” where we told about our way and project development”, Oleksandr Kurkin, Head of Sales Network Department of Credit Agricole Bank, tells.
