Scheduled Technical Maintenance in CA+ Pro on May 2–3

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you that on May 2 and 3, 2026, from 08:00 to 20:00, technical maintenance will be carried out to enhance the resilience of our banking systems.

During this time, CA+ Pro services provided by the Qualified Electronic Trust Service Provider (QETSP) may be temporarily unavailable, including:

• creation of electronic keys issued by the QETSP of JSC “CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK”
• signing of payments and applications using electronic keys issued by the QETSP of JSC “CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK”

There may also be temporary limitations affecting BankID, Diia, and NAIS services.

For your convenience, the maintenance has been scheduled for the weekend, during the period of lowest user activity.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and kindly ask you to plan your important financial transactions in advance.
