Credit Agricole allocates UAH 53,000 to support the vaccination centre in Lviv

Credit Agricole supported the social initiative of the Lviv IT Cluster and allocated UAH 53,000 for vaccination in Lviv as part of the fight against Covid-19. The vaccination takes place in a specially arranged centre at the Arena Lviv stadium to which all willing members of the IT Cluster, which brings together almost 20,000 IT professionals, can apply. About 10,000 employees of IT Cluster member companies and their relatives have already been vaccinated here with Astra Zeneca, CoronaVac, Moderna and Pfizer.

"It is estimated that the operation of the centre should be supported for at least another two months. During this period another 5,000 people will be vaccinated. However, this task becomes more difficult if we rely only on the resources of the Lviv IT Cluster. Credit Agricole was among the first who supported us", says Yurii Ohonovskyi, Deputy CEO at Lviv IT Cluster.

Since the beginning of the COVID crisis, Credit Agricole together with “Your Support” charity fund have implemented five waves of charity and allocated UAH 11.2 million for purchase of medical equipment for base hospitals in Kyiv, Ternopil, and Kharkiv, and equipping the intensive care unit of the regional hospital in Chernivtsi.
