Credit Agricole won two awards in competitions of the best employers and HR directors of Ukraine 2026

Credit Agricole was awarded as part of the study of the best employers in Ukraine in “Best in-house learning program” category, while Inna Mokrovolska, HR Director of the bank, is recognized among the TOP 20 HRD of Ukraine. The award ceremony was held on July 8 at the annual conference HR Wisdom Summit 2026, organized by “TOP 100. Ratings of the Biggest” magazine and Delo.ua business portal.

Voting for the best employers and HR directors took place in two stages: a vote by the Delo.ua media audience and a survey conducted by a panel of experts. In total, over 100 HR directors and 200 leading Ukrainian companies representing key sectors of the economy were nominated.

The main factors the jury considered when selecting the best HRDs were:

• adaptability and change management;
• leadership in team building;
• originality and innovation in projects;
• authority and proactivity in the market;
• the quality of corporate culture and internal communications.

When selecting Ukraine’s best employers for 2026, the expert jury evaluated the candidates based on the following criteria:

• corporate training and development programs for young professionals;
• employee benefits and initiatives to improve employee well-being;
• automation of HR processes and the implementation of innovations;
• compensation and benefits packages;
• the quality of corporate culture and internal communications;
• support for mobilized employees and reintegration programs for veterans.
