Credit Agricole Bank presented in Lviv a branch for corporate clients

In the early June, an official opening of the new Credit Agricole’s branch, focused on comprehensive servicing of all segments and areas of corporate business, took place in Lviv. The branch is located at the address: 23, Pekarska St.

The concept of the new corporate branch was developed in line with expectations of the bank’s clients. It combined the expertise of Credit Agricole’s professionals, technological effectiveness, comfort and relevant digital trends.

 

In this branch, cooperation between the bank and its customers starts from the reception zone. Its bright and authentic design is supplemented with original furniture. In this zone, clients can connect to Wi-Fi, review fresh news, use deposit machine for fast account replenishment with large amounts of money, as well as have a cup of coffee. In this branch, a lot of attention was paid to details and comfort, which gives the feeling of privacy in a public space. It is worth mentioning that all furniture and interior items were made in Ukraine.

Customers can receive a quick consultancy from Credit Agricole’s experts in service and fast transactions zone of the branch. Specialists of the bank are always ready to help in any business matters, as well as operational support of the activities of clients.

Negotiation zone of the branch is aimed to giving advice and handling highly confidential transactions. Negotiation rooms are equipped with the state-of-art multimedia equipment to enable presentations and online meetings with clients and partners both in Ukraine and abroad. From the negotiation room, each customer has a direct access to the service zone and to the first deposit machine of the bank that can accept a big volume of cash from corporate customers (1,200 notes/minute).

Managers of the branch work in the open space divided into work and customer zones. Such approach encourages employees to share their experience and enhances the synergy. This space is supported with a private zone for telephone calls and work with confidential information of the clients.

The branch is open from 9 am to 6 pm from Monday through Friday.
