І. Indicative list of documents submitted by the notary for review by JSC CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK (hereinafter, the Bank) for establishing partnership and cooperation

1. Notary’s profile.
2. A copy of the notary’s passport (or a substitute document).
3. A copy of the notary’s certificate of assignment of an Individual Taxpayer Number (hereinafter, ITN).
4. A copy of the notary’s certificate of the right to engage in notarial practice.
5. Notary’s consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Notice of JSC CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK On the Processing of Personal Data https://credit-agricole.ua/en/o-banke/personalni-dani.

The list of documents provided is illustrative and may be supplemented by the Bank based on the results of the review and processing.

If necessary, the Bank may request other documents from the notary that are not included in the list above.

The Bank will consider establishing a partnership and cooperation with the notary upon the receipt of a complete set of the specified documents from the notary.

The submission of a complete set of documents by the notary to the Bank does not guarantee that the Bank will make a positive decision regarding the establishment of a partnership and cooperation with the notary.

In certain cases, at the Bank’s request, copies of documents must be provided by the notary in paper form (duly certified).

The Bank guarantees that all information received by the Bank will be used in compliance with confidentiality rules.

The submission by the notary of false information, an incomplete or improperly prepared set of documents, or failure to submit additional documents upon the Bank’s request constitutes grounds for refusal to establish a partnership and cooperation with the Bank.

Documents submitted by the notary to the Bank for the purpose of establishing a partnership and cooperation with the Bank are not subject to return.

The Bank does not require the notary to open an account with the Bank or its branches.

ІІ. Criteria that the notary must meet for the Bank to consider establishing a partnership and cooperation

Notaries who intend to cooperate with the Bank for the purpose of notarizing transactions performed by the Bank and third parties, and/or performing notarial acts at the Bank’s initiative, must meet the following requirements:

1. Experience as a notary: at least 1 (one) year, including experience in certifying transactions that may be concluded between the Bank and third parties and require notarial certification (including, but not limited to, the notarization of mortgage agreements (including mortgages on real estate for which the right will arise in the future), the notarization of pledge agreements, etc.
2. The notary must have a positive business reputation, which includes, but is not limited to, the absence of court decisions declaring agreements certified by said notary invalid due to the notary’s fault, the absence of criminal investigations against said notary, and the absence of other negative information regarding the notary.
3. The notary’s compliance with the Bank’s standard forms of agreements and documents when providing notarial services.
4. The ability to notarize transactions outside of their office (workplace) in cases provided for by the current legislation, in particular, on the premises of the Bank or its branches.

If a notary fails to meet at least one of the criteria listed above, this may serve as grounds for suspending and/or refusing to establish a partnership and cooperation between the Bank and the notary.
