How Credit Agricole works during martial law and how the bank supports customers and society

How Credit Agricole supported society:

• UAH 500,000 was donated by Credit Agricole to help the wounded. These funds will be used to buy medicines and food in Kyiv and other regions of the country. • Credit Agricole paid UAH 100 million in taxes in advance to support Ukraine

• UAH 270,000 was donated by Credit Agricole to an important humanitarian initiative from the Lviv IT Cluster. With these funds we support the centers of temporarily displaced people in Lviv and the region. This is very important, because now many people from different parts of Ukraine come to Lviv and our partners Lviv IT Cluster equip such centers with everything necessary for life and take them under their care.

How Credit Agricole supported customers:

• Canceled the monthly fee for all Credit Agricole card packages: Smart, Voyage, Sommelier, La Force. 0 hryvnias for servicing service packages even if the client does not fulfill the condition regarding the minimum required number and amount of card payments.

• On February 24, 2022, special conditions for customer service in banking services were introduced, which will be valid for 2 months:

-In case of non-payment of the obligatory payment for any banking service (credit card, credit, rent of a bank safe, etc.), such debt is not considered overdue;

-The Bank will not apply any penalties in case of late payment.

• Cards that expire in February 2022 are automatically renewed so that you can continue to use them.
