Temporaty changes in the procedure of payments via branch cash-desks

Dear Customers!

According to the recommendations of the National Bank of Ukraine on the maximum transition to non-cash payments to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection JSC "CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK" with 24.03.2020 suspends the receipt of cash payments from the public for utilities, long distance and international telecommunication services and mobile telecommunication services in national currency from individuals at the branches.

All other cash payments for the benefit of 3 persons are accepted and made by the Bank in due course.

You can make payment using the following services:

• Online Banking i-Bank (Payments – Service Payments - Utilities).
• Android mobile app and iPhone for customers with a Credit Agricole payment card.
• On the bank's website for payment from another bank's card. You need to select your city, and choose the type of paid service.

These are simple and secure payment methods.

We ask that you understand this temporary inconvenience and minimize branch visits.
