More information
  • Smartphones with Android OS version 4.4 and higher, IOS 9.0 and later are compatible with the mobile application. You can check the version of your OS in the Options of your smartphone;
  • To use all the functional possibilities of the mobile application, you must be registered in the i-BANK system;
  • Use of the mobile application involving own personal data (i-BANK login and password) is possible on 3 devices at most;
  • If your mobile phone is stolen or lost, you should call the Bank and inform it about the incident. Upon your identification, we will delete all your account data on the lost device and the malefactor won’t be able to access your money;
  • If you decide to give your mobile phone with the application as a gift or assign it for temporary use to a third party, don’t forget to activate “Change of user” function in the options of the application in order to prevent the third party from accessing your personal financial information;
  • During registration in the mobile application it is necessary to use the permanent i-BANK password. If you have just registered in the i-BANK and have received the initial temporary password, it should be preliminarily changed to the permanent one when you enter the i-BANK system first;
