Receive UAH 1,000 of state support to your Credit Agricole National Cashback card

Credit Agricole customers living on the territory of Ukraine have an opportunity to receive a one-time cash support from the government: UAH 1,000 to National Cashback card within “Winter Support” program. The received funds can be used to pay utility bills and for the post office services, to buy medication and food of Ukrainian production (except for excisable goods), to buy books or transfer money to charity.

How to receive the support online

• Open National Cashback card in CA+ mobile app (“Products” – “Open National Cashback card”). No CA+ app? Download it in App Store or Google Play.
• Log in to Diia, go to “Services”, and submit application for “Winter Support”.
• Specify the beneficiary of the support – yourself or your child (if the latter, you have to add the child’s birth certificate).
• Choose Credit Agricole National Cashback card to receive money.
• Check your personal data, confirm your presence in Ukraine, and submit the application.

How to receive the support offline

• Visit the nearest Ukrposhta outlet to fill out an application form.
• Provide the details of Credit Agricole National Cashback card to which you receive your pension or other social benefits.
• You can use the funds to pay for the products of JSC “Ukrposhta”, utility bills, or transfer them to charity.
• Legal guardians of children, citizens without an Individual Tax Number or the Diia app, as well as those who cannot add a child's birth certificate to Diia or have a foreign-format document, can also receive support through Ukrposhta.

You can submit your application between November 15 and December 24, 2025. Once your application is approved, the funds will be credited within 10 business days. You will be able to use this money until June 30, 2026.
