Emergency Solidarity Fund of 10 million euros

04 March 2022

The attack on Ukraine caused a huge wave of solidarity throughout the Credit Agricole group. Our support is aimed primarily at 2,400 employees of Credit Agricole Ukraine, we paid salaries in advance for February and March to meet the urgent needs of employees.

As for Credit Agricole Ukraine employees who left for Poland, they are supported primarily by Credit Agricole Poland, which was able to quickly accept employees from Ukraine and their families, offer accommodation and enable them to continue working remotely. To further assist such employees, a unit with a special hotline will be set up to help resolve emergencies and respond to the most pressing needs of Credit Agricole Ukraine employees and their families.

Credit Agricole Group seeks to respond to the demand for solidarity voiced by its staff. Bodies of the Federation and Credit Agricole SA create an emergency solidarity fund to help Ukrainians, where priority will be given to helping children, as well as employees of Credit Agricole Ukraine. It is funded equally by Credit Agricole SA and its structures, as well as the FNCA, this € 10 million fund will be able to accept donations from staff in the future. Details will be announced soon.
