Credit Agricole’s diversity culture: shared values and equal opportunities

10 March 2026

Throughout March, Credit Agricole Ukraine, together with the international Credit Agricole Group, is running a series of events to strengthen diversity culture, which is a wonderful tradition of our bank. Credit Agricole Group consistently implements the diversity policy and equal opportunities in all countries where it operates. In Ukraine, we share these approaches and implement them in everyday work. Credit Agricole’s Charter of Equality has been in place for five years now. In 2024 the bank also signed a Charter on Financial Inclusion and Reintegration of Veterans.

Today, the bank’s team has over 2,000 employees, 74% of whom are women, 56% of women hold management positions, 42% of women are in the top management, 90 employees are people with disabilities, 70 colleagues are mobilized (including 3 women), 8 are veterans, and 106 employees are on parental leave.

We support equality through specific steps, such as equal access to wellbeing programs; health and life insurance; education programs on inclusion and barrier-free communication, including lessons on sign language; support of mobilized colleagues and veterans; internship programs for young people; additional opportunities for parents and respect for parenthood. We are constantly working on expanding initiatives to create a supportive and inclusive environment for all employees and customers. The bank also consistently supports diversity policies through partnerships and external project. For example, this year, the bank traditionally became a financial partner of Created by Woman Award by French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Ukraine (CCI France Ukraine), which encourages female entrepreneurship and leadership and promotes gender equality and sustainable economic growth.
