Credit Agricole team raised funds for Amosov National Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery

Employees of Credit Agricole Bank collected UAH 70,000 for Amosov National Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery. All collected funds are already used for purchase of Custodiol, a medicine required for heart surgery. This medicine allows to freeze a heart for 2 hours. The project is implemented with support of «Tvoya Opora» fund, a regular partner of the bank’s charity initiatives.      

«We have been developing the corporate social responsibility program «We Care!» for two years. In 2018, we decided to involve as many employees as possible. Our key corporate events have a charity component and everyone can contribute to acts of kindness. Together we managed to collect UAH 100,000! It is easy to do good and we encourage other companies to join», Viktoria Torianyk, Head of PR and Internal Communications Division of Credit Agricole Bank, comments.  

All in all, during the year the bank’s team raised more than UAH 100,000 for charity of which UAH 35,000 was used for purchase of a fetal monitor, a device needed for pregnancy control. On 3 July 2018, the equipment was delivered to the health care institution.
