Information concerning changes to the Unified tariffs for services and transactions for private individuals in national and foreign currency (except for the card accounts)

Dear customers, we hereby notify you about the new version of Unified tariffs for services and transactions for private individuals in national and foreign currency (except for the card accounts), which is to enter into force from December 7, 2024.

The main changes concern:

Section 5. Tariffs for safe deposit box rental:

- the general approach to the safe deposit box rental has been changed, namely the service is available only for Customers with a valid Package offer;

- two types of offers with updated user fee amount have been introduced:

• "Standard" (for owners of Light, Smart, Voyage, Premium Package offers);

• "Premium" (for owners of Infinite, La Force, Sommelier Package offers).

- the structure of the cities has been changed: Sumy, Chernihiv, Mykolaiv, Lutsk, Zhytomyr, Rivne, Kremenchuk and other cities have been added to group 2;

- the number of proposed rental periods for safe deposit boxes has been reduced: 30 / 90 / 180 / 365 / 730.

Section 6. Credit transactions:

- the sub-clause on providing certificates/statements of the Non-financial transactions clause has been supplemented by a note.
