Terms of financing:


Object of financing	New and used vehicles: 1. motor vehicles; 2. trucks; 3. trailers and semi-trailers; 4. vehicles for the carriage of passengers
Maximum loan amount	Depending on the vehicle type up to 70% of the vehicle market value (up to 85% if additional collateral is provided)
Lending period	Depending on the vehicle type up to 60 months
Currency	UAH, USD^[1], EUR^[1]
Form of loan disbursement	1) for new vehicles - funds are transferred in cashless form from the loan account to the current account of the seller. 2) for used vehicles – funds are transferred in cashless form from the loan account to the current account of the seller or buyer.
Amortization schedule	Monthly in equal installments on loan principle and interest accrued on the actual loan outstanding
Commission for loan issue	One-time payment of 1% of the amount of established limit
Requirements for borrowers	1) legal entities and private individuals-entrepreneurs with the business operating at least 12 months; 2) to have competence and legal capacity according to the current legislation of Ukraine; 3) not to have past dues exceeding 30 days for the last three years in banking facilities; 4) not to have suits or claims filed against them or be involved in court proceedings which cost doesn’t exceed 5% of its assets at the moment of application for a loan; 5) to be a resident of Ukraine.
Requirements for collateral	Transport vehicle purchased at the expense of credit funds and/or other movable or immovable property belonging to the borrower/surety
Insurance of pledged property	At any insurance company of customer’s choosing from those approved by the Bank
