Account for individual entrepreneurs online

Credit Agricole is offering to open a current account for private entrepreneurs remotely and quickly via the bank’s website account opening process for private entrepreneurs on the bank’s website with remote identification via Diia application or online meeting. All copies of the identification documents can be sent to the bank via Diia application. In particular, your ID card or international passport, individual taxpayer number. The entire process is remote.

The process of opening an online account for private entrepreneurs on the Credit Agricole website

Registration

- Register on the website. The recommended time is before 16:00 on week days.
- Select the tariff package for conducting your business activity and a card for your personal needs.
- Fill out the questionnaire on the website.
- After the data are successfully validated, sign the questionnaire with the qualified electronic signature (QES).
- Send the signed document to support@credit-agricole.uа

Opening PE accounts on Credit Agricole using Diia application

- When filling out the questionnaire, select the identification option via Diia application. Make sure that you have the updated Diia app, ID card or the international passport, taxpayer registration card (taxpayer identification number/IPN) in the app and the activated Diia.Signature.
- Scan the QR code in Diia app.
- In Diia, confirm transfer of digital document copies to the bank.

Opening PE accounts via online meeting 

If you have an old-form paper passport and QES, you can open PE accounts online via video meeting with the bank manager:
- After the questionnaire is filled out, the bank manager will arrange the date and time convenient for you to have the video verification on Microsoft Teams platform. All you need is internet access.

Opening an account

- After the data are validated/the meeting is completed, the manager will email you the agreements on opening a current account and a card account to sign with the qualified electronic signature (QES).
