How to get qualified certificate for electronic signature in СА+ Pro

Credit Agricole offers private entrepreneurs the option to get qualified certificate for electronic signature by submitting application via CA+ Pro internet bank. The electronic signature will enable you to authorize payments, sign documents and reports, confirm identity and get online services from anywhere in the world, from any device with CA+ Pro installed: personal computer, laptop or smartphone.

Algorithm to create / obtain the certificate:

• Register in CA+ Pro
• Initiate the application: “Electronic keys” of your account → Create key → Fill in the suggested questionnaire → Enter password for the key. Please note that this password cannot be changed or recovered if lost! → Set the code word for the key To watch the instruction video, follow the link
• Save the electronic key file in the file storage on your device (computer, smartphone or tablet)
• Download PDF of the application
• Take the printed application to the bank outlet within 14 calendar days to pass identification and submit the application. The outlet manager will accept your request for processing to further activate the certificate
• As soon as the certificate is processed, its status in your СА+ Pro personal account will change to “Active” in the “Electronic keys” section.

Please note:

• In the event of loss of the password or key, or changes to your identification data, notify the bank immediately so that the certificate can be blocked or cancelled. To get help, go to our Contact Center or your outlet of the bank.
• If you do not contact the outlet employee within 14 days, request for creating the certificate is cancelled.
• It is not possible to re-download the activated key file, as the electronic key is unique
