Changes to the Rules for Servicing Individual Clients

Dear Clients,

We would like to inform you about amendments to the Rules for Comprehensive Banking Services for Individual Clients.

The amendments to the Rules will come into effect on 30 June 2026. In particular:

information on the procedure for providing electronic identification services via the NBU BankID system has been added;
an anti-corruption clause has been added;
the terms and conditions of the payment transaction tracking service (TrackSEP) have been updated;
the procedure for retaining the tariff plan for a card account has been changed in cases where a client leaves the company or the payroll project is terminated, provided that the account was opened as part of the payroll project.
