Changes to the Rules of Comprehensive Banking Services for Individuals

Dear clients,
We inform you about amendments to the Rules of Comprehensive Banking Services for Individuals.

Starting from April 27, 2026, the following changes to the Rules will come into effect, including:

A new section on the “Invite a Friend” referral program has been added.
Bank clients will have the opportunity to recommend the bank’s products to others and receive a reward for fulfilling the program conditions.
The participation mechanism in the program has been defined.
Invitations are sent using an individual referral link or a QR code generated in the bank’s mobile application.
The conditions for receiving the reward have been described.
The reward is credited after the specified conditions are met by both the inviting client and the invited person.
