Changes in card tariffs as of 20.11.2025

Dear customers! We would like to inform you about updates to payment card service tariffs, which come into effect on 20.12.2025.

The main changes are related to fees for withdrawing cash from such cards:

• Mastercard Digital card in UAH: 1% in Credit Agricole ATMs, 1% + UAH 10 in other banks’ ATMs.
• Mastercard Digital Platinum: 1% in Credit Agricole ATMs, 1% + UAH 10 in other banks’ ATMs.
