Credit Agricole information security management system for banking services is successfully certified according to the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard

16 January 2026

We are delighted to announce that our information security management system, which is implemented to support our banking services, successfully passed a certification audit and received a certificate of compliance with the international ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard. The audit was conducted by the international certification company TUV NORD.

ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification is internationally recognized confirmation of our organization implementing an effective information security management system that adheres to the modern requirements of protecting information assets, managing risks, and ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.

“Credit Agricole shares the international Group’s policy on information security and strives to act in accordance with the best international practices and standards. We received ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certificate a year earlier than planned in the bank’s strategy. This achievement is an important stage in strengthening the trust of customers, partners, and regulators regarding the reliability and security of our banking services,” comments Carlos de Cordoue, head of the Management Board.

The certificate enables full use of the cloud data center, ensuring uninterrupted operation of the banking system even during critical situations and meeting the requirements of the NBU. It is an additional level of protection and confidence for Credit Agricole’s customers.

“Our bank is constantly developing the data security systems and implementing innovative solutions to fully meet the expectations of our customers, including the representatives of international businesses. Credit Agricole is one of the few banks on the Ukrainian market to have received the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certificate. Information security is a constant process that we will continue maintaining at the highest level,” says Olena Kuzmina, head of the Information Security Department.

Credit Agricole once again confirms its compliance with international quality requirements. You can always rely on Credit Agricole.
