Credit Agricole customer service mode on March 31, 2023 in connection with adoption of ISO 20022 international standard

On April 1, 2023 Credit Agricole is to start processing non-cash payments in the domestic currency in compliance with the international messaging standard ISO 20022 that will be taking place via the next generation system of electronic payments from the National Bank – SEP 4.0.

Dear customers, due to implementing ISO 20022 we ask that you make all the necessary payments and transactions in hryvnias in a timely manner:

• before 16:00 on March 31, 2023 – in Bank outlets.
• before 17:00 on March 31, 2023 – in remote service systems: mobile bank for individuals СА+, internet bank for individuals iBank, internet bank for private entrepreneurs СА+ Pro, internet bank for business CORPEX, Style, iFOBS.

All payments sent via SEP-3 on March 31, 2023 after the specified time and with a value date that has not yet arrived will be returned to the sending bank and must be initiated according to the new ISO 20022 standard from April 01, 2023.

As previously mentioned, the transition to the international standard ISO 20022 is taking place in accordance with NBU Board Resolution No. 93 dated September 16, 2021. Its purpose is to provide banks and businesses with new opportunities, use a single standard for data exchange, integrate the national payment space with the international one, and increase the security of payments.
