Credit Agricole Management Board in full together with Carlos de Cordoue, the CEO, came to Poltava with a two-day visit. The city is the second one this year that is part of the regional tour of Ukraine undertaken by the bank’s Management Board. The purpose of this visit is to have an in-person meeting with key customers and bank employees in the region, conduct macroeconomic review and agrarian market overview as well as to set priorities for further development.
Around 45 participants from agribusiness, corporate sector and premium banking customers met for a candid conversation about challenges faced by the agribusiness and helpful advice that can help make business decisions even in the changing environment. At the strategic session, they shared their vision of development and adaptation of financial solutions to the market reality.
The visit was shaped by informal communication and networking, yet again highlighting the importance of top managers being present on site and an open dialogue with customers in the context of uncertainty. For Credit Agricole, such live meetings are about trust, mutual support and opportunity to share expertise.
“It is important for us to be closer to our regional teams and hear from our customers directly. Such meetings shape our vision and enable us to build solid long-term partnerships”, - noted Oleksandr Kurkin, Credit Agricole Board Member.
Poltava is a region with booming industry and agrarian sector. Many bank customers in the city are highly adaptive businesses that not only sustain operations in the wartime economy, but also find growth opportunities. We are delighted to have partners and customers in the region that share our vision of growth.
The regional tour will go on. We are looking forward to new meetings, new cities and new partnership stories that advance the Ukrainian economy.
