“Working every day in the interest of our customers and society” - Credit Agricole Bank presented its new Medium-Term Plan 2022

Credit Agricole Bank presented its new Medium-Term Plan 2022, which defines key ambitions and goals to reach for the next years to come. This new plan is based on Group MTP and will continue to implement strategy of Credit Agricole in Ukraine. It reveals Credit Agricole’s Raison d’être - common purpose, which is “Working every day in the interest of our customers and society”.

Within the new long-term framework, the 2022 strategic plan is a roadmap for profitable growth of Credit Agricole Bank and whole Credit Agricole Group. These new goals are based on the achievements of previous Medium-Term Plan, Strategic Ambitions 2020, which delivered almost all of its financial results a year ahead of schedule.

To put this Raison d’être to work, the bank will amplify its relationship model with three major projects:

The Customer Project focused on excellence in customer relations, carries the ambition of becoming the favorite bank of individuals, entrepreneurs and corporates.

The Human Project is based on empowering the teams and placing even more trust in them.

The Social Project involves pursuing bank’s commitment to inclusive development and making green finance one of the key drivers of bank’s growth.
