Update to the Rules of Comprehensive Banking Services

Dear Clients,

We would like to inform you of amendments to the Rules of Comprehensive Banking Services for Legal Entities, Private Entrepreneurs and Private Individuals Engaged in Independent Professional Activity (hereinafter referred to as the Rules).

The amendments to the Rules will take effect on May 11, 2026, in particular:

• the concept of UETR has been introduced — a unique identifier that allows tracking the status of a payment transaction;
• a new service, Mastercard Smart Data, has been launched to help companies monitor corporate card expenses and access detailed payment information;
• the provisions governing interest payments on deposits and their repayment have been revised;
• the Customer’s consent to information processing (EMA Anti Fraud Hub) has been broadened;
• the Rules have been supplemented with an anti-corruption clause.
