CA+ update! Check the call status from the bank’s Contact Center

A new security service was launched in the CA+ app, which will help customers verify whether it is really a bank employee calling them.

During an active call from the Contact Center, the customer can open the CA+ app and view the call confirmation in the "Account" section. If there is no active call from the bank, the user will see a corresponding message.

The new service is designed to additionally protect customers from fraud and situations when the fraudsters may impersonate bank employees.

With this, the customer has the opportunity to swiftly confirm whether they are talking to the Credit Agricole employee and avoid disclosing confidential information to fraudsters.
