Updated terms of the state program «National Cashback»: get 5% or 15% cashback

Starting from March 1, 2026, the «National Cashback» program will feature two cashback levels – 5% and 15%, depending on the categories of Ukrainian-made goods. The updated program aims to strengthen support for domestic manufacturers in categories where they face the strongest competition from imported goods:

• 15% cashback applies to categories of Ukrainian-made goods in which the share of imports in the consumer basket exceeds 35%.

These include non-food items such as clothing, footwear, electronics, home appliances, hygiene products, cosmetics, toys, children’s goods, stationery, books, household chemicals, home goods, repair and construction products, and pet supplies. The rate also applies to certain food products: buckwheat and oatmeal, soft and hard cheese, wine, and pasta products.

• 5% cashback applies to categories of Ukrainian-made goods with an import share below 35%.

These include flour and other baking products, pharmaceuticals, soft drinks, automotive products, hot beverages, frozen and canned foods, grains, pasta, legumes (except pasta products, buckwheat, and oatmeal), meat and meat products, dairy products (except soft and hard cheese), vegetables, fruits, oil, fish and seafood, snacks, sweets and confectionery, sauces, spices, garden products, bread, fresh pastries, eggs, and other groceries.

Check the cashback rate by scanning the product’s barcode in the Diia app:

• Go to «Services» → «National Cashback»
• Tap the barcode icon
• Scan the product’s barcode to see whether it is eligible for the «National Cashback» program and what cashback rate applies

How to open a National Cashback card in the CA+ app in just a few minutes:

• In CA+, select «Products» → «Open National Cashback Card». Don’t have CA+?
• Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
• In CA+, choose the cards you want to use in the program and authorize the bank to share transaction data related to eligible purchases in partner stores.
• Pay with bank cards at partner stores and accumulate cashback.
• Track cashback accruals in the Diia app.

The accumulated cashback can be spent on utility and postal services, as well as on Ukrainian food products in more than 20 retail chains participating in the «National Cashback» program.

Cashback applies to Ukrainian-made goods participating in the program, excluding excisable goods. The monthly cashback limit is UAH 3,000.

You can receive payouts to the National Cashback card from Credit Agricole. To do this, simply select it in the Diia app. Funds for the current month will be transferred to the selected card by the end of the following month.
