Possible limitations of CA+ Pro functionality on November 15 and 16

Dear customers, we would like to notify you that on November 15 and 16, 2025, we will be carrying out a scheduled maintenance in order to strengthen the security of banking systems.

As a result, some Qualified providers of electronic trust services may be temporarily unavailable (QPETS) in CA+ Pro, specifically:

• creating QPETS electronic key of JSC “Credit Agricole Bank”
• signing payments and applications with electronic key of JSC “Credit Agricole”

For your convenience, we carry out the maintenance over the weekend, when these services are least used.
