Credit Agricole launched new mobile application СА+

On June 22, Credit Agricole launched the new mobile application СА+, which is already available in App Store and Google Play. The Bank developed and launched mobile application in record time ― in less than a year. The application is entirely bank’s in-house development. Powerful technical platform on which CA+ is implemented allows for regular updates, and launch quickly the new services in respond to the users’ demands as well. This product is an important milestone in realization of the bank’s goal to be 100% digital and 100% human.

It is not just about creating a multifunctional application that is important for us, it is about giving our customers the freedom to choose: visit the bank outlet or receive full-fledged service in a smartphone. Therefore, while working on the new mobile application CA+, we built on the customers’ need in high-quality digital service. The first release of mobile application is featured with all first-priority financial services that can be received. Still, we do not stop and plan to expand the application’s set of features while maintaining its self-explanatory and user-friendly interface. Our goal is to be useful to our customers,” commented Carlos de Cordoue, Chairman of the Management Board of Credit Agricole Bank, “The most precious is that our teams have created the application by themselves and in a short time. So, the customers can access all benefits and new features of modern mobile banking, which are updated self-explanatory interface and availability of such important services as foreign exchange, utility payments, deposit opening, and submission of credit card application.
