Credit Agricole introduces temporary simplified credit cards terms of service and changes in the terms of card packages

Dear customers,

Effective 1.06.2022, the bank reduces the mandatory payment amount to 3% for all credit cards and premium packages with the credit limit. We are asking you to pay the amount of mandatory payment in time, if possible, in order to avoid the past due debt and heavy loan load in the future. It will also enable the bank to operate at full capacity.

Effective 1.07.2022, for card packages Light, Smart, Voyage, Premium, La Force, Sommelier, Infinite the monthly fee returns unless the minimum number of transactions or amount for card transactions is reached, as well as the annual payment for a year-based package service. The terms on minimum payments for the free use of card packages also change.

Please note that on 1.07.2022 the monthly fee for servicing the package offer will be charged unless the minimum conditions for package offer payments are met in the period from 01.06.2022 to 30.06.2022.

Does not apply to package offers with a credit limit

Effective 1.07.2022, the bank implements a fee for cash withdrawal within credit limit from the ATMs and cash desks of Credit Agricole network and other banks, namely those located abroad, for all types of service packages with credit limit for private individuals

Effective 1.07.2022, the bank sets a fee for money transfers between private individuals outside the СА+ mobile application (from Credit Agricole card to a card issued by another bank in the app of another bank) in the amount of 0,5% of the transfer sum.
