Credit Agricole is working to make its outlets inclusive

We at Credit Agricole care about our outlets, services and service channels being accessible for every customer. Systematically, we are implementing solutions that make interaction with the bank comfortable, with physical accessibility principles in mind.

To date, Credit Agricole is actively working to make its outlets barrier-free, namely they are being fitted with ramps, lifts, employee call buttons, accessible entrance groups and other solutions for:

  • wheelchair users
  • people with mobility issues
  • people with impaired vision

As an example, Credit Agricole flagship outlet in Kyiv — located at San Francisco business center at 67 Beresteiskyi ave. — offers maximum comfort environment for people with limited mobility and disabilities. It has an accessible entrance, cash desk at a meeting room on the ground floor, as well as special places for crutches in the waiting area and in the service room.

We keep pushing forward and making our outlets more inclusive.

We are also working to make cash transactions and ATMs accessible:

  • we have started upgrading our ATMs to have voice support function
  • we keep installing accessible cash desks for wheelchair users and populations with mobility issues.

Our website is already adapted for all users and at the end of the year, we are going ahead with work to make our mobile app inclusive.
