Credit Agricole supported exhibition at the Khanenko Museum

20 June 2025

Credit Agricole, that traces its roots back to France, constantly supports French cultural events and initiatives. The bank acted as a partner of the “Troubled Years. Artists from Ukraine in the École de Paris” exhibition at the Khanenko Museum, and its opening was attended by Carlos De Cordoue, Chairman of the Management Board of the bank. We also invite you to enjoy the exhibition.

“Troubled Years. Artists from Ukraine in the École de Paris” is an exhibition project dedicated to the first half of the 20th century in Paris – the time when an international community of artists, known as the “École de Paris” emerged and operated. As part of the project, the museum focuses on artists from Ukraine who participated in the formation of this first center of globalized art in history.

The exhibition runs from June 6 to September 14, 2025 and presents more than 70 works by 24 Ukrainian artists from 8 private collections, as well as a documentary short film "Montparnasse". The exhibition includes works by Oleksa Hryshchenko, Mykola Hlushchenko, Vasyl Khmeliuk, Sonia Delaunay, Samuel Hranovskyi, Jacques Chapiro, Volodymyr Baranov-Rossiné and others.

This project was made possible thanks to the active participation of 8 private collectors who shared their collections with the museum and the comprehensive support of the French Embassy and French Institute in Ukraine.
