Credit Agricole crowns winner of Urban Crossover category as part of “Car of the Year in Ukraine 2026” campaign

Credit Agricole supported the nationwide campaign “Car of the Year in Ukraine 2026” and crowned the winner of the “Urban crossover” category. As one of the automotive lending market leaders, Credit Agricole traditionally acted as the exclusive financial partner of the event that marks its 25^th anniversary this year.

As part of the project, 60 new vehicles officially represented on the Ukrainian market in 2025 were rated by the public and experts. By voting on the organizer’s official website, the public shortlisted the TOP 10 contenders that were subsequently rated by the expert jury panel. Based on the final vote, Renault Duster was crowned the absolute winner.

About the campaign

The nationwide campaign "Car of the Year in Ukraine" was founded in 2001. The campaign is the most reputable event in the automotive industry in presenting and selecting new cars of the year. The aim of the campaign is to present to journalists and the public new car models of official importers that debut in the current year. The winners in the main and additional categories are determined by the results of voting by an expert jury, which includes leading automotive journalists and experts, as well a public jury.

The organizer of the event is AUTOMEDIA AGENCY LLC, with the participation of the All-Ukrainian Association of Automobile Importers and Dealers (VAAID), the Association of Automobile Manufacturers of Ukraine "UkrAvtoprom", the Transport Academy of Ukraine (TAU), the Federation of Employers of Automotive Industry of Ukraine (FRAU), and the Public Organization "Fédération Automobile de l'Ukraine" (FAU).
