Credit Agricole Ukraine acted as a general partner of the Ukrainian Agribusiness Forum

Credit Agricole Ukraine acted as a general partner of the Ukrainian Agribusiness Forum, which was held on 14 November 2017 in Hilton, Kyiv. The Forum was focused on case studies on investment in innovation and technology by the leading agriholdings. The Ukrainian Agribusiness Forum 2017 brought together all the key stakeholders to discuss what is required for Ukraine to build on this global position and make the most of its competitive advantages.

Jean-Paul Piotrowski, CEO of Credit Agricole Ukraine, cоmmented in his welcome speech: «During the last years, Ukraine’s agriculture sector has been demonstrating steady and powerful development. According to last figures, agri-agro sphere is a primary sector for Ukraine. In addition, Ukrainian agriculture has extended the geography of its agri exports to new market in Asia, EU, and Africa which is a clear recognition of the quality of Ukrainian products and the result of successful competition by Ukrainian players. Still, agrarian sector needs more investments into processing and storage facilities, elevators, infrastructure, innovation and modernization.
