Credit Agricole Bank Traditionally Supports Created by Women Award for Ukrainian Women Entrepreneurs

05 February 2026

Created by Women Award for businesswomen, with a prize fund up to UAH 200,000 for developing their own businesses, launched in Ukraine. Credit Agricole Bank traditionally supports flagship initiative of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Ukraine, which for the eighth consecutive year is introducing new opportunities for Ukrainian women entrepreneurs to develop their businesses.

This year, Inna Mokrovolska, head of HR Department at Credit Agricole Bank, is part of the professional jury.

“Businesses that drive country forward are born where there is faith in ideas, courage to act, and diversity of views. For Credit Agricole, supporting female entrepreneurship is not a one-time initiative, it is a long-term investment in country’s development. We are delighted to once again support the awards and stand with women who develop their businesses, create value, and inspire others. We are grateful to CCIFU for this project and opportunity to support female entrepreneurship and leadership together, even in difficult times,” comments Inna Mokrovolska.

The award winners will receive grants from UAH 100,000 to UAH 200,000 for business development, consulting support, and membership in the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Ukraine, which opens access to international business community and new partnerships.

“Behind every application submitted is not just a business, but a story of resilience. In times of war and constant uncertainty, apart from supporting their own business, Ukrainian women also develop it, create workplaces, and take care of families, contributing to the country’s resilience. Today, many women are taking responsibility for family businesses, scaling them up and finding new ways to develop them. Moreover, many participants integrate a deep social meaning into their projects, working for the better future,” emphasizes Maud Joseph, director of French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Ukraine.

Applications for participation are open for all female entrepreneurs who already have their own businesses in any industry, founders or co-founders of businesses operating in Ukraine. Call for applications is running until March 22, 2026.

The jury will consider applications based on the following criteria: originality and purpose of the project, strategic vision for development, quality and structure of the presentation, commercial potential and marketing plan for development, as well as financial feasibility (business plan). The participants who receive the highest number of points will advance to the next round, an interview with the jury. Ten participants will become the finalists of the competition. In addition to the main nominations, the award ceremony includes additional awards from the partner companies.

Since the award was established, 1.5 thousand of women entrepreneurs have participated, while the total amount of grants exceeded UAH 2 million. Among the winning projects of previous years are Recast Plastic, “BRAMMER”, NESEMOS Veteran Auto Hub, “Famberry” LLC, and other projects with significant social and economic contribution.
