Credit Agricole Bank team among the winners in corporate running race in Nova Poshta Kyiv Half Marathon 2017

On 9 April 2017 Credit Agricole Bank joined a large-scale running event – Nova Poshta Kyiv Half Marathon 2017 and corporate team of 4 runners of the bank managed a respectable second-place finish in 21.0975 km corporate race. The total of 60 employees toed the starting line of the 7^th Kyiv Half Marathon on a team of Credit Agricole Bank. 15 team members including 3 ladies successfully covered a Half Marathon distance of 21.0975 km.

In addition to individual and team races of Nova Poshta Kyiv Half Marathon 2017, the team of Credit Agricole Bank also participated in Chamber Cup relay competitions in the category of banks.

It’s very encouraging! It’s great!», - said with delight the Half Marathon runner and permanent member of the bank’s running team Yurii Raksha, a leading specialist of international and large corporate business department, - «We always welcome newcomers and ready to provide them with any support at the start and especially with advices on the right way to start running so that it would bring a real pleasure».

Kyiv International Half Marathon has been uniting running fans from all over the world for 7 years in a row. This year the running event was supported by 9.000 participants from 43 countries, including about 400 foreign runners. Traditionally, the Half Marathon route ran circle-wisely along the Dnieper River, the starting and finish lines located on the Kontraktova square.

In 2017 the participants could choose one of individual race distances of 21.0975 km, 10 km, 5 km and 2 km. It was for the first time in history of Kyiv Half Marathon that a family running race of more than 200 runners took place as well as a Winners charity race in supporting ATO soldiers who had experienced amputation. Almost 1.000 children of different age ran distances of 1.000 m, 500 m and 100 m in Children’s Starts.
