Information on changes to the Rules for granting a cash loan and borrower’s life insurance terms

Dear Customers, we hereby inform you that from January 31, 2025 changes to the Rules for granting “Svoboda” cash loan in JSC CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK and borrower’s life insurance terms come into effect.

The key changes concern:

• the document title;
• terms and conditions of loan provision and repayment, accrual and payment of interest and fees thereon:
• cl. 1.1. – the document title was updated;
• cl. 1.6. – the priority of repayment of the Bank's claims was changed in case the amount of payment made is insufficient to fulfill the obligation under the Agreement in full.
