Information on changes to the Rules for the provision of banking services

Dear customers, we hereby notify you that the new versions of the Rules for the provision of banking services are to enter into force, namely:

- changes to the Rules for granting consumer loans at JSC “CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK” and borrower’s life insurance terms (cash loan “Svoboda”) will enter into force from January 25, 2024.

The main changes concern:

• terms for granting and repaying the loan, accrual and payment of interest and commission on it (clause 1.1);
• rights and obligations of the Parties (clause 2.4.2; clause 2.4.7);
• final provisions (clause 12.2).

- changes to the Rules for granting and servicing a loan for the purchase and collateral of a vehicle at JSC "CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK" will enter into force from January 29, 2024.

The main changes:

Changes to the Rules for granting car loans concern the features of loan repayment with a standard schedule and an "approximately equal parts" schedule (clause 2.4.3.1), terms for the Bank to send information, documents and messages to the Borrower (clause 7.2).

- changes to the Rules of comprehensive banking services for private individuals will enter into force from February 12,  2024.

The main changes:

The peculiarities of paying the Mandatory Monthly Payment for credit cards/credit limits have been specified  in clauses 4.8.12 and 4.9.8; the peculiarities of termination or early termination of the Agreement in the part of the Banking service regarding the opening of a Card Account have been specified in clause 4.14.8; the  peculiarities of the automatic extension (prolongation) of term deposits have been specified in clauses 5.1.9 - 5.1.12; the peculiarities of the Customer's order execution regarding the initiation of a banking operation for the placement of a deposit have been specified in clause 8.4.1.4; the procedure for changing the terms of the Agreement has been specified in clause 11.1.2.
