Credit Agricole acts for the employment of young people

The Credit Agricole Group aspires to be the best employer for young people and actively employs young specialists in all countries of its operation. It corresponds to raison d’être of Credit Agricole and is included in the Group’s Middle Term Development Plan. On February 4, Philippe Brassac, Chief Executive Officer of Credit Agricole S.A., and Thibaut Guilluy, High Commissioner for Employment and Corporate Commitment, signed an agreement formalizing the Credit Agricole Group’s commitment to employing young people as part of the “un jeune, une solution” [one youth, one solution] plan introduced by the French government in July with a budget of €6.5 billion.

In 2020, the Group became more attractive for young people, as demonstrated by results of the survey held by Universum company in France.

Credit Agricole Bank pays particular attention to young talents’ career development in Ukraine, too. For instance, the Bank has recently joined the All-Ukrainian Pact for Youth 2025, and thus confirmed its readiness to facilitate internship and employment of young people, as well as promote partnership with educational sector, and provide its mentor’s support.
